CUPE members are showing off the latest addition to the health care campaign. A large exhibit has been designed to raise public awareness about the mounting threats to our health care system. The exhibit will provide a back-drop for discussions on how to protect and improve our health care systems and on how to fight the privateers who want to make money off of the sick and vunerable. Members will be touring the exhibit throughout the province.
On May 15, in Montreal there will be a mass demonstration in support of a publicly funded system of health care. Members have been working with the Coalition solidarit 0073ant 0066or activities that day at Noon. A rally will take place at the Guy-Favreau Building where the Health Canada offices are located.
