Hospital workers in Halton did their best to shame Ebenezer Scrooge Tuesday as they called for fair treatment from their stingy employer.

Scrooge made a guest appearance alongside protesting hospital workers from the Oakville and Milton sites of the Halton Health Care Services Corporation, as they rallied to condemn management efforts to downgrade wages and benefits, contract out hospital services and undermine service quality.
