Frontline workers are the people who keep British Columbia running. They’re the reason the services we depend on are there when we need them. But rising costs and underfunding by government have left workers struggling to support the people they serve, and struggling to support themselves and their families.

Public services can’t run on empty, neither can the dedicated workers who provide them. Frontline workers need a fair deal, one that invests in the services that matter, and the people in our community who deliver them.
