The Education Workers Steering Committee (EWSC), along with CUPE, is pleased to offer ALL CUPE education locals (affiliates and non-affiliates) the opportunity to take part in a coordinated bargaining think tank. The goal is to have locals be able to work with neighbouring locals to create common language, discuss collective agreement end dates, to focus on strategic bargaining and create a plan for you to take back to your local to prepare for your next round of bargaining. Our long-term goal is to have stronger and common collective agreement language across the province. As a CUPE education local in Saskatchewan, two delegates from your local are invited to attend this two-day session with all expenses, including lost wages, reimbursed as per the CUPE National expense policy. This two-day session will end with a rally at the legislature the afternoon of November 25, 2025.

Scented products such as hair spray, perfume and deodorant can trigger reactions such as respiratory distress and headaches. Facilitators and participants are asked to refrain from using scented products while attending our workshops and meetings. Thank you for your cooperation.
