This workshop offers the following sessions: Day 1 - Representing Members in Front of Management - Duty of Fair Representation Day 2 - Handling Discipline and Discharge - Leading Cases - Handling Tough Grievances It is recommended that participants register for all sessions. The workshop will run from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm daily.
