As activists gear up to mark Bottled Water Free Day 2012, CUPE is encouraging post-secondary locals to fill out a survey about pro-public water activism on their campus.
The Coalition for Bottled Water Free Communities is collecting information about on-campus organizing to promote access to public faucets and fountains, and end the sale and distribution of bottled water.
The coalition is organizing to mark Bottled Water Free Day on March 15, 2012.
CUPE is a member of the coalition, along with the Canadian Federation of Students, the Council of Canadians, the Polaris Institute and the Sierra Youth Coalition.
