And now with talk of the minority government’s collapse on every tongue, their next-to-last ditch attempt to fight off a non-confidence motion centres on their offer to the NDP to do what they ought to have done all along: defend public health care.
The Liberals’ “Public Health Care Protection Initiative” fell so far short of what is needed, the NDP rejected it. And now the Liberal government’s life expectancy is being measured with a clock.
