TORONTO CUPE Ontario President Sid Ryan and Ontario NDP Leader Howard Hampton will lead a lunch-time solidarity rally for four striking CUPE Locals tomorrow, Wednesday, July 26, at Simcoe Hall, at the University of Toronto.

CUPE Local 3261, the University of Toronto Bookstore, has been on strike for seven weeks. They will be joined by three other striking CUPE Locals for the rally:

* CUPE Local 3798.1 Madison Avenue Housing and Support Services,

* CUPE Local 2563 Victoria Day Care and

* CUPE Local 2190 the Catholic Childrens Aid Society of Toronto.

Howard Hampton will deliver his remarks at 12:45 p.m.
