In this brief, CUPE Saskatchewan presents its views to the Minimum Wage Board regarding the review of the minimum age of employment and the employer-provider transportation home requirement. It argues that Saskatchewan should not turn back the clock by joining other provinces in lowering the minimum working age and weakening other provisions that help ensure the safety of all workers.
