All participants must register themselves with their own information to receive credit for completing the course. PARKING: Parking is not available at the BCRO and there is very limited street parking. There are paid parking lots across the street near Metropolis mall or best option is SkyTrain (Metrotown station).

Scented products such as hair spray, perfume and deodorant can trigger reactions such as respiratory distress and headaches.
