What this workshop covers The roles and responsibilities of a union steward. Building trust and rapport with members in our local. Grievance handling and grievance writing skills. Working with our collective agreement. Problem solving skills. To practice representing members in front of management.

Facilitators and participants are asked to refrain from using scented products while attending our workshops and meetings. Thank you for your cooperation.
