Once again we are pleased to offer exhibition space in the CUPE Village for locals, divisions, councils, and other groups to share information with CUPE members and to promote mutually supported values and campaigns.
The CUPE Village will be located in Room 200AB of the Quebec City Convention Centre. Each booth will consist of a standard ten-foot wide display area which will include seating, a skirted six-foot table, electricity, and a poster board.
Internal CUPE booths must be staffed for the full convention week. External organizations may reserve for select days provided they specifically state their preference on this application form (see below). In all cases, exhibitors must be present at their booth for the full day.
Please note that display space is limited and will be offered to those who apply first. With the exception of specific vendors of CUPE promotional items, the sale of any goods or services in the CUPE Village is not permitted.
