We need locals from all sectors to share how employers are collecting workers’ data and using artificial intelligence systems in your workplaces. CUPE will use this information to develop resources that help members understand the impact of AI in their workplace and sector, and bargain collective agreement protections. CUPE national representatives are best positioned to support CUPE locals in negotiating the best language for their particular situation.
