TRURO, NS – CUPE locals whose members are affected by the McNeil Government’s Bill 148 will gather in Truro on Saturday, March 12, 2016, for a strategy session and to hear about a potential court challenge.
The gathering is in response to the McNeil government’s heavy-handed legislation which infringes on free collective bargaining and exposes the government to a Charter challenge.
