The City of Vancouver, the Vancouver Public Library and CUPE Locals 15, 1004, and 391 have mutually agreed to bargain over the weekend.
Following preliminary discussions today, the City of Vancouver and CUPE Local 15, representing Vancouver inside workers, CUPE Local 1004, representing Vancouver outside workers, and CUPE Local 391, representing Vancouver Public Library workers, are meeting in an effort to resolve the current civic worker strike.
The meeting will take place at an undisclosed location.
A complete media blackout will be in effect during negotiations.
