NORTH BAY – Health care and support workers represented by Local 146 of the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) will hold an information picket in front of the Cassellholme long term care facility on Wednesday, March 19th, 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm, to protest against planned layoffs and the suspension of one worker who spoke out against the cuts. NDP MPP Tony Martin will join the info picket and offer his support.
