Ottawa A protest will be held Monday, August 11th, from noon to 1 p.m., in front of the constituency office of Gary Guzzo, MPP (1400 Clyde Avenue, Ottawa), to protest the expulsion of residents with autism in the care of Ottawa Valley Autistic Homes (OVAH) by security thugs in the early morning hours of Thursday, August 7th.

Residents and staff were forced to leave the premises, escorted by private security guards with no prior warning. The homes were slated for closure September 30th, by order of the Eves government, but the forced eviction took place at 6:00 a.m. Thursday, August 7th.

Who? Workers, Family, Supporters of autistic adults expelled from Ottawa Valley Autistic Homes (OVAH)

What? Protest/rally against closure of OVAH and mistreatment of residents
