OTTAWA Ottawas taxi dispatchers, members of CUPE Local 4266, will hold their strike vote today against ZipTrack, the company that operates Blue Line, Capital, Veterans and DJ Taxi. With a strike mandate, Ottawa inches closer to a no taxi service starting New Years Eve night. The dispatchers have the support of Ottawas taxi drivers, members of CAW Local 1688. Voting will take place between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm and results will be announced at 5:00 pm today.
