(North Bay) The Ontario Council of Hospital Unions (OCHU/CUPE) and the Ontario Health Coalition will release a video documentary in North Bay on the British experience of P3 hospitals. Britains private finance initiative (PFI) hospitals are the inspiration and model for the P3 hospitals that Ontario health minister Tony Clement is pushing in Ottawa, Brampton, Uxbridge and Markam-Stouffville.
