A pro-public think tank has launched new online resources to help make the case against privatization and P3s. The resources, which include a library on outsourcing and P3s, have been gathered by the European Services Strategy Unit (ESSU).
The ESSU site will also include Public Sector Research ONLINE, a resource for investigating privatization and promoting public services. Watch for this publication in the coming year. The resource is an update and expansion of the popular Investigator’s Handbook. The resources are available in English only.
