WHO:   Toronto Mayor David Miller
 
 In one of his first speeches since the provincial election, Toronto Mayor David Miller will address over 2,000 delegates to the 2007 CUPE National Convention.
  
WHAT:  Miller is expected to discuss the problems of under-funding for municipalities across country, particularly in light The Federation of Canadian Municipalities stated concern of the growing infrastructure gap – hovering at around $60 billion.  Other issues he may address are social services, education and health care.
