CPAS was ready. Even though Premier Charest tried to keep the date of the next election a secret, the Conseil provincial des affaires sociales (CPAS) of CUPE decided to seize the initiative and reach out to the people of Quebec immediately. Since this morning, a radio commercial calling the Liberals to account is being aired on over 20 radio stations throughout Quebec. This 30 second spot reminds the public of the promises made by the Charest government and touted as “priorities” that were never kept.
