At the trial of the Suchitoto 13 on Feb. 20, the prosecutor arrived late. By the time he got there, the judge had already dismissed all charges against the water privatization protestors. The 13 now may consider a counter suit against the government. Non-governmental organizations in the area are calling on civil society to continue mobilizing for human rights in El Salvador.
