CUPE members from across the country are encouraged to participate in a study on balancing work and family. The study has been developed specifically for CUPE members by a research institute at the University of Sherbrooke in Quebec.
You can participate by completing a web-based survey that explores the challenges facing our membership as we try to strike a balance between our work lives and our home at a time when there are increasing pressures on both fronts.
It will take about 30 minutes to complete the survey and of course, your responses are completely confidential. In addition to contributing valuable information to the study, you’ll be able to see instantly how your responses compare with other CUPE members.
