It is important that CUPE members know they are being compensated fairly in relation to the value of the work they do and the proper evaluation of jobs is one way to achieve that goal. The Job Evaluation staff can assist you in giving a presentation to employers explaining the highlights of the CUPE Job Evaluation Program.
