CUPE Local 4000 Ottawa Hospital workers win arbitration decision
Oct 21, 2010 04:55 PM On March 11, 2010, CUPE Local 4000 and the Ottawa Hospital signed a Memorandum of Settlement as a new collective agreement. The arbitrators’ panel decided in favour of CUPE Local 4000’s position that this settlement was a binding contract. more »
