Facing a March 14 lockout and strike deadline, CUPE Brock University workers, representing over 850 academic workers, are trying to secure a fair deal that improves the quality of education, as management continues to push for cutbacks and concessions.

For almost a year in bargaining discussions, management has failed to properly address core issues that affect the quality of education at Brock. Refusal to invest in the educational experience, understaffing, increased seminar sizes and continual focus on new buildings and fundraising activities for capital projects, have affected the teaching and learning environment.

They need your help to secure a contract that elevates the quality of education and enhances Brock University’s reputation.

Please send a message to the management team at Brock University and tell them that front-line workers are the real assets of Brock, and a fair deal that improves the quality of education at Brock benefits us all.

Take action!
