CUPE Communications Awards: Nomination form

National Convention is a great opportunity to acknowledge some of the fantastic communications work our locals, councils and divisions have been doing. Show us your CUPE newsletter, website or photographs of members that you are most proud of!

For newsletters, please download and mail in a submission form, along with three different issues of your newsletter. For websites and photographs, please fill in the form below.

The deadline for web site and photograph submissions is July 29, 2011. Winners will receive their awards at National Convention in Vancouver.

Photographs must be of CUPE members, either at work or in the community. Contest is open to CUPE members only.
