Form J entitled FINAL REPORT OF STRIKE, must be completed in its entirety to give a clear financial report of the locals finances during the full period of the strike. Form J must be completed by the local union trustees, verified and signed by the Representative, and forwarded to the National Secretary-Treasurer along with Forms E, F and G within 10 weeks of the conclusion of the strike.
