Feb 28, 2008 11:54 AM Canada prohibits direct-to-consumer-advertising of prescription drugs (DTCA). The rules on DTCA are being skirted and more recently outright challenged by corporate media. CUPE National is part of a coalition of organizations fighting to preserve and strengthen DTCA limits. CUPE and health care advocates can intervene in drug ads case
