Denis Bolduc has been a CUPE member since 1986.
He was a journalist with the Journal de Québec (Québécor Media) for 25 years. He was President of Local 1450 until he was elected in May 2011 to the position of General Secretary of SCFP-Québec. He was then elected President of SCFP-Québec in June 2016. He was elected Regional Vice-President for Quebec at the 2011 CUPE National Convention in Vancouver and was elected General Vice-President for Quebec in June 2016.
