Workers with Sky Chef, an airline catering company based at Vancouver International Airport, have voted to join CUPE.

The 350 workers, formerly represented by the Independent Canadian Transit Union (ICTU) have joined several other ICTU locals that have merged with CUPE over the past year.

Craig Byers, president of ICTU 10, said, this merger will give our membership access to services and resources that just werent available through ICTU or the other unions we considered.
