Donations take about 2 hours from the time of pick up to drop off. You will be required to bring photo ID. Eat two hours prior to your donation, avoid coffee and drink lots of water before hand.

Time taken donating blood counts as picket-time! Don’t forget to sign in as a CUPE member when you arrive. Bring friends and family too!
