CUPE members taking part in the PEI government’s program review may pull out over concerns that the process is designed to sugar-coat privatization.
And while Premier Pat Binns claims job cuts and privatization aren’t on the agenda, he also says he won’t rule them out.

The results of the program review are expected March 15, 2005.
