Early in 2006, the government of Ontario asked the Health Professions Regulatory Advisory Council (HPRAC) whether or not the provincial government should regulate Personal Support Workers (PSWs). This brief responds to HPRAC’s request for input from all stakeholders including CUPE Ontario PSW workers. CUPE does not recommend regulation for Ontario PSWs.
