Windsor Judy Darcy, National President of the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE), will deliver a major speech to delegates at the 39th annual CUPE Ontario Convention, tomorrow, Friday May 24th, at the Cleary International Centre in Windsor.

Darcys speech will address major issues of concern to CUPE members in Ontario. She will address the ongoing fight to prevent the privatization of Ontario Hydro, and will urge members to mobilize across the province to fight other privatization initiatives.
