In the ongoing round of representation votes among Quebec school boards, CUPE continues to rack up victories. In the first two weeks of December, support staff at two new boards - one to the west of Montreal, the second to the east - have voted to join CUPE.

In a vote at the Pointe-de-l’le school board, CUPE received 185 votes, defeating the CSN with 41.

In the coming weeks, there are a further five representation votes scheduled.
