In the last budget, Stephen Harper’s conservatives continued their attacks on unions by announcing the gradual elimination of the 15 per cent tax credit granted to labor fund shareholders. CUPE is strongly opposed to this anti-union move that will negatively impact a savings tool that benefits both investors and job creation in Canada.
