CUPE members are following New Brunswick finance minister Jeannot Volpe around the province as he consults about the next budget.
The union is part of the Coalition of New Brunswick Unions, formed to denounce the Lord governments often-hinted plans to privatize services and freeze public sector wages.
Clearly, it is time for this government to have an honest and frank dialogue with the representatives of the public employees of this province, says regional director Bob Davidson.
