CUPE 3903 will hold a “Kill the Rat” rally Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at 12 noon to protest the latest attempt by York University administration to derail the bargaining process and cause unnecessary delays in reaching a fair settlement. The administration’s call for a forced ratification vote will postpone bargaining negotiations by two weeks.
