FREDERICTON, NB – Court Stenographers, members of CUPE Local 1840, and the Government of New Brunswick reached a new tentative collective agreement on July 14, 2010.
CUPE 1840 represents approximately 70 court stenographers in the province.
The details of the tentative agreement will not be released before the ratification vote which will be held on Sunday July 18, 2010. CUPE 1840’s collective agreement expired September 2008.
