Al Rosen, of Al Rosen and Associates, Litigation and InvestigativeAccountants, will release the results of their review of costs of Toronto’s proposed contracting out of garbage and recycling at a press conference on Friday, May 13 at 10:00 a.m.
His findings are based on partial disclosure from the City of Toronto. Rosen and Associates was commissioned by the Toronto Civic Employees Union (TCEU), Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) Local 416.
“We wanted to ensure that council and the public were fully informed before any crucial decisions were made,” said Mark Ferguson, president of TCEU, CUPE Local 416.
