A convention assistance fund was established by the 1991 Convention to assist less affluent local unions to
participate in national conventions. Guidelines and an application form are enclosed. Locals wishing to apply for possible assistance must fulfill all of the eligibility requirements and submit their application to be received by the National Office no later than June 30th.
