On October 4th, we billed the locals to recover the bonding premium for 2002, paid by National in the amount of $411,805.74.
As of November 29th, we have collected $2,129,267.35 in arrears through the process of mailing out pre-printed per capita forms to locals in arrears.
The arrears total at November 15th was $9,906,852.45, which is a decrease of $561,654.78 over the October 15th arrears report.
