TorontoT006800650020Canadian Caravan to oppose the WTO talks being held in Seattle will leave Toronto tomorrow November 04, 1999.

The Canadian Caravan will be in front of the Metro Convention Centre between 8:00 am and 9:30 am. (Front and John streets)

Speaking at the caravan send-off will be Judy Darcy, National President of Canadian Union of Public Employees, Tony Clark, Director of the Polaris Institute, Deborah Bourque, Vice-President of the Canadian Union of Postal Workers, and Joel Harden of the Canadian Federation of Students.

The Caravan will stop in 21 cities and 5 provinces, and arrive in Seattle for the WTO meeting on November 26th.
