The Canadian Peace Alliance continues its campaign to bring troops home and end the war in Afghanistan.

Under the slogan “Don’t extend it. End it,” the CPA is critical of the federal government pledge to extend Canada’s mission to 2011.

“That’s another three years from now,” says a leaflet promoting the campaign. “Three more years of war and occupation for the Afghan people, and three more years of Canadian soldiers coming home in body bags.”

CUPE makes an annual contribution to the CPA.
