Long Overdue: Pay Equity for Library Workers

CUPE Saskatchewan Library Workers developed this document to make the case for the provincial government to expand the government’s pay and internal equity policy to library workers. The predominantly female jobs in this workplace were compared to male-dominated municipal jobs.
